Meditation – An Introduction

Meditation is an ancient practice cultivated for thousands of years, offering pathways to mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical well-being.

You are not a small person trying to survive a hostile world.
You are the universe itself, having a human experience.

You’re not doing life wrong!

Don’t hope, KNOW!

As I say, so I am – As I think, so it is.

I see beauty everywhere, and value in all things.

I now see clearly the perfect plan of my life, and divine enthusiasm now fires me!

As I say, so I am. As I think, so it is.

If your plans fail, remember, it is temporary defeat, not a permanent failure!

All of life exists as a tool of your creation.

Attitude is Everything!

Persistence is the Key!

Today is the day when miracles happen and dreams come true for me.

I am love. I radiate love to all of those around me. Thankyou for the abundance of love in my life.

I am surrounded by love, light, and positivity.

I am deserving of abundance.

I embrace all the possibilities today brings

Happiness is a choice, and today I choose to be happy.

I finish what matters and let go of what does not.

I belong in this world; there are people that care about me and my worth.

My past might be ugly, but I am still beautiful.

I don’t compare myself to others. The only person I compare myself to is the person I was yesterday. And as long as the person I am today is even the tiniest bit better than the person I was yesterday—I’m meeting my own definition of success.

I am allowed to take up space, to have desires, and to have a voice.

I don’t have to give up my hopes and dreams.

All this hard work I am putting into achieving my goals will pay off.

I am not defined my by past; I am driven by my future.

I use obstacles to motivate me to learn and grow.

I am turning DOWN the volume of negativity in my life, while simultaneously turning UP the volume of positivity.

I am allowed to feel upset, angry, and sad sometimes—that’s part of being human!

I know my worth!

If I would like my world to change, I must make positive changes inside my mind.

I travel through my life with dignity, purpose, and grace. I stay true to my highest self.

I am open to receiving new information, I am available for learning how to overcome the challenges in my life.

I am at peace with my past; I’ve let go.

I am choosing to create an extraordinary life by thinking positively and practicing gratitude.

I will no longer be addicted to suffering; I will create my power.

Every challenge I face is an opportunity for growth and learning.

I am worthy of love, success, and happiness.

I am filled with gratitude for a new day and the opportunities it brings.

Feel free to personalize these affirmations to align with your own goals and aspirations. Starting your day with positive affirmations can set a powerful and optimistic tone for the day ahead.
